Born from our love for quality and bespoke experiences we began a journey to create the greatest gin made from the finest botanicals and hand crafted in tiny batches for our closest friends.  The "Gin Making Experience" starts with an explanation of the history of gin and tasting some mainstream and also specialty gins.  Then you "experience" gin in the most tactile and physical way by smelling, touching and tasting the pure form of all the botanicals.  While this is happening, we distill a small batch of one botanical.  You can only truly appreciate a gin by understanding the components.  Then you can begin to mix them together and understand for example the powerful effect of a fixative like Orris.  Finally you craft your own gin and we bottle it for you on the spot.  We seek to make great experiences and a lovely gin is only the outcome.
